Howeve...Faith has worked for me in healing myself. However, I have lived in covenant for 40 years, dedicated my life to God and add offerings to health charities. I also say healing scriptures daily. I don't know why it works more for some than others but I think you can develop in it and also give healing to others through prayers and monthly offerings to help the sick.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8794452.post-91096187198965572452007-02-02T15:52:00.000-05:002007-02-02T15:52:00.000-05:00No, in a case where someone has died, there is no ...No, in a case where someone has died, there is no point in trying to establish blame. Rather, it is a time to comfort and encourage.

Now, there may be a number of things that hinder faith, such as unwillingness to forgive, lack of hearing the Word of God (by which faith comes; Romans 10:17), continuing in willful sin. But I never attempt to apportion blame to anybody -- certainly not to the one who needs the healing.

Nor would I ever tell someone that that they do not have enough faith. Jesus said that if we have faith like a mustard seed, we could speak to the sycamore tree and tell it to go jump in the lake, and it would obey us. That is, it is not the size or amount of faith that matters. If there is any faith at all, it is enough. What matters is how we exercise or use that faith. That is something a lot of people don't understand how to do, and is another possible reason why they don't get the results they desire.

Now, if you will notice in my article, I have simply brought out what the Bible says about faith and healing. There is nothing in it that places any blame on anybody who does not receive healing. I am merely pointing out that faith is a very important part of the process, just as Jesus, on a number of occasions commended those who trusted in Him, saying to them, "Your faith has made you whole."

Thanks for your comments, Nancy. I see that you also have a blog here. I like the name you call it (Deep Waters) and I will check it out some more.
